BS Tube Terms of Use
These Terms govern the BS Tube desktop application, Website, cloud services, purchases, and related support provided by BS Engineering Solutions LLC.
Terms version: 2026-08-22
Agreement and Eligibility
You agree to these Terms when you affirmatively accept them during checkout or first licensed desktop use. If you use BS Tube for a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
License Grant and Account Scope
Subject to payment and these Terms, BS Engineering Solutions LLC grants the licensed user a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use BS Tube during the applicable paid or trial term. A standard Professional license is for one user and one activated device. Credentials, accounts, and device access may not be shared with another user.
An eligible Professional Annual customer may buy one Additional Device entitlement for the same user and login, allowing no more than two activated devices. It does not add a user, extend the license term, or permit account sharing or simultaneous use by different people.
Professional Monthly
Professional Monthly is a recurring $45 monthly subscription for one user and one device. Each successful monthly payment grants 100 included Image → XYZ Credits. Monthly customers may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues through the paid billing period and then ends. Monthly payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Professional Annual
The initial Professional Annual purchase is a one-time $1,000 payment for 12 months, one user, one device, and 2,000 included Image → XYZ Credits. It does not renew automatically. Continued use after that term requires a manual $120 annual renewal.
If an Annual license has expired, reactivation costs $120 plus $10 for each full month after expiration, capped at the then-current initial Annual price. Reactivation starts a new 12-month term on the payment date; missed months are not restored.
Monthly to Annual Upgrade
During the first paid Monthly billing period, an eligible customer may receive one $45 credit toward Annual, making the charge $955 before tax. The credit has no cash value, is available once, and cannot be refunded separately. The Annual term starts when payment succeeds, and the Monthly subscription is canceled only after the successful upgrade.
Additional Device and Credit Packs
Additional Device is a $100 one-time purchase available only for an eligible active Professional Annual license. Purchased Image → XYZ Credit packs are 100 credits for $5, 500 for $20, or 1,000 for $30. Purchased credits do not expire and are consumed after expiring and other included credits.
A paid Annual period grants 2,000 included credits, and up to 500 unused included Annual credits may roll into the next paid Annual renewal. Included Monthly credits remain available only while the subscription remains continuously active. Unused included Monthly credits expire when the subscription lapses; purchased credits do not.
Refunds
- Professional Annual has a 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, it is non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
- An Annual refund ends the linked Annual access, deactivates its devices, and removes only unused included credits granted by that purchase.
- An Additional Device purchase is eligible for a full refund only if the paid second-device entitlement has never been used.
- A purchased credit pack is eligible for a full refund only if none of that pack's credits has been consumed.
- Refunds do not automatically include separate add-on purchases, and partial refunds require review.
Payments, Taxes, and Account Actions
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds. Failed payments may suspend the license, deactivate devices, and block credit use after the configured grace period. A chargeback or actionable payment dispute may disable access, freeze credits, and place the account under review while payment records and audit history are preserved.
Engineering Review Required
BS Tube is an assistive engineering tool. You must independently verify calculations, XYZ/LRA values, imported models and images, tooling data, simulations, reports, and exports before manufacturing, quoting, programming, purchasing, or operating equipment. BS Tube does not replace engineering judgment, machine and tooling documentation, safety procedures, physical verification, or operator training.
Your Files and Acceptable Use
You retain ownership of project files and content you create or submit. You are responsible for authorization, accuracy, confidentiality, and backups. You may not bypass licensing or security controls, share or resell unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, or use BS Tube to violate law or third-party rights.
Ownership and Third-Party Software
BS Tube's proprietary code, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by BS Engineering Solutions LLC or its licensors. Third-party and open-source components are governed by their own license terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights expressly granted under those licenses, and proprietary restrictions do not apply where exercising those third-party rights requires otherwise. See Third-Party Software.
SolidWorks is separately licensed by its owner. BS Tube is an independent product and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corporation.
Updates, Support, and Compatibility
Updates, bug fixes, new features, and email support are included while the applicable plan is active or paid through. Features and compatibility may change. Internet access may be required for authentication, licensing, billing, Image → XYZ, and cloud upload. BS Tube does not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every computer, operating system, SolidWorks version, machine, or tooling system.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, chargebacks, license or device-limit violations, unauthorized access, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violation of these Terms. Suspension does not erase payment, refund, credit, device, or audit records that must be retained for business, security, or legal purposes.
No Warranty
BS Tube is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BS Engineering Solutions LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BS Engineering Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost production or profits, scrapped material, machine or tooling damage, data loss, or losses caused by unverified output. This section does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Indiana unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
The current Terms version and update date are posted here. When a material revision changes the version, BS Tube may require renewed affirmative acceptance before a later purchase or licensed online use. A prior acceptance is not silently treated as acceptance of a new material version.
