No. Sign in on this Pricing page and the Annual card will show Renew Professional Annual with your price and resulting paid-through date. An on-time renewal is $120 and adds 12 months to the current term.
What happens if my annual license has already expired?
The reactivation starts a new 12-month license from the payment date. The cost is $120 plus $10 for each full month since expiration, capped at the current new Professional Annual price. Missed months are not restored.
How does Monthly to Annual upgrade pricing work?
A monthly customer can receive one $45 credit toward Annual only during the first paid monthly billing period. The Annual upgrade price is $955 before tax. After that first paid period ends, no upgrade credit applies.
What is included with annual renewal?
Annual renewal includes updates, bug fixes, new features, email support, software maintenance, and 2,000 Photo → XYZ Credits.
What does Additional Device do?
It lets one eligible Professional Annual account activate BS Tube on a second device. It does not add another user.
Can monthly customers buy Additional Device?
No. Additional Device is available with Professional Annual. Upgrade to Annual to add a second device.
What are Photo → XYZ Credits?
Credits are used by the online Photo → XYZ processing feature when converting an image into coordinate data.
